With a design track record that covers the large majority of all jackets in the Danish part of the North Sea Ramboll is the leading Danish consultancy company within this service area. Today Ramboll is involved in a large number of jacket design and assessment projects within the offshore sector in Denmark and abroad including both oil & gas platforms and offshore wind substations.
Due to a historically high activity level in the North Sea Ramboll intend to build up a jacket design group in Copenhagen. The group will work closely together with our head department located in Esbjerg to solve the many emerging future projects. We are therefore looking for a team leader with a strong technical background, strong commitment and interpersonal flair.

Your qualifications
You will need good interpersonal skills along with great technical abilities, including:
• A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience with similar tasks
• A master of engineering or Ph.d degree
• Strong analytical abilities and a desire to engage in the development of our technical capabilities
• Team leader aspirations and good communicative skills in English (both written and oral), as English is our corporate language.
